Screen Printing Your Custom T-Shirt Design

The screen printing process has been around for thousands of years. In this process the ink is pushed through a stencil or mesh screen to print your custom design on a shirt, hoodie or any other form of apparel. Once the screen has been prepared, the ink only transfers to the areas the screen permits. Only one color can be applied at a time, so a screen must be made for each color. Once your t shirt or garment is printed it is placed on the dryer belt (for drying). After the ink on your shirt is dried. Your shirt is folded, boxed and ready for pick-up.
